Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable item

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of our items because they are perishable goods. Please review your items before purchasing. Please get in touch if you need to edit your order or if you have questions about your specific item.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can pick a delivery date at least 12 days beforehand to get your order in time. We make your fairy floss fresh on the day your order was placed.It is then sent on the same or next day. How long does the fairy floss last?
Our fairy floss cakes are sealed immediately after spinning to maintain its freshness. Unopened packages will stay fresh for 1-2 weeks. once opened, we recommend enjoying it within a few hours for the best taste and texture.

How should I store the fairy floss?
To keep your fairy floss at its best, avoid refrigeration. Instead, store it in its airtight container at room temperature. Remember to open the container just before serving and avoid serving it in humid outdoor conditions.
